Please familiarize yourself with how to get ready for your Telemedicine visit to minimize the chance of technological difficulties during your visit.
Here are the steps to follow when you are getting ready for your child’s Telemedicine appointment with one of our Providers:
- Step 1: Make sure that you are using a smartphone, iPad, Tablet, Laptop or Desktop Computer with a camera
- Step 2: At the time of your appointment, please log into your Providers’ Virtual Waiting Room
- Step 3: Type in your Child‘s first and last name (not yours)
- Step 4: Check in
- Step 5: Enable Camera
- Step 6: Turn on your microphone and volume so that we can hear each other
- Step 7: Allow all pop-ups (or you will not be able to connect)
Note: If you cannot hear or see us, make sure that your camera is on and that your volume is turned up. If both of those are turned on and you are still not able to connect with us, you may need to log out, restart your device, and log back in.
