Telemedicine

Virtual Pediatric Care

We understand that life with kids gets hectic, and unpredictable, and that it’s not always possible to make it to the office when your little ones need care.

With our Telemedicine appointments, you can help your child get the prompt care that he or she needs, from anywhere with an internet connection.

How It Works:

  1. Schedule your visit
  2. Log in a few min early to ensure that your internet connection is stable and that you have the right link.
  3. Join from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop/desktop.

Telemedicine Works Well for:

  • Follow-up visits
  • Mild illnesses
  • Prescription refills
  • Medication questions
  • Discussing lab results
  • Developmental concerns
  • Mental & Behavioral Health
  • Nutritional Guidance
  • Sleep Challenges

Important Note: Telemedicine works great for many situations, but some concerns still need an in-person exam. Our team will always recommend the best option for your child. We’re here to make healthcare as stress-free as possible for your family.

How to Get Ready for your Telemedicine Appointment:

To minimize the chance of technological difficulties during your visit, please review the following telemedicine preparation steps prior to your appointment.

  • Step 1: Make sure that you are using a smartphone, iPad, Tablet, Laptop or Desktop Computer with a camera
  • Step 2: At the appointment time, enter your Provider’s Virtual Waiting Room
  • Step 3: Type in your Child‘s first and last name (not yours)
  • Step 4: Check in
  • Step 5: Enable Camera
  • Step 6: Turn on your microphone and volume so that we can hear each other
  • Step 7: Allow all pop-ups (or you will not be able to connect)

Important: If you cannot hear or see us, make sure that your camera is on and that your volume is turned up. If both of those are turned on and you are still not able to connect, you may need to log out, restart your device, and log back in.
